"'Our family’s faith is in Jesus Christ and is not dependent on outcomes.' ...We do all that we can for the healing of a loved one, and then we trust in the Lord for the outcome."

Kimball is playing T-ball, and even though McKay was sad that he couldn't be on a team, he has fun practicing in the backyard. (Poor kid, he is always being told that he is not old enough to do what his brother is doing.) Kimball's team is the Angels, and they had their first game today. Kimball said his favorite part was pitching and batting. (The fact that he played in the dirt when he was in the outfield kinda gave me a hint.) It was fun to watch him play, and after he made it to home, ran to me for a love and a kiss. McKay is going to be a blast to watch when he turns five too... it's serious business when he plays in the back yard.

That makes me want to cry in a sentimental "that's what life is all about" kind of way. So great!
